Privacy notice

Last updated: October 4, 2026.

1. Data controller and contact

Porras Visual is the trading name used by Alfredo Porras for illustration and design services. Data controller: Alfredo Porras Obregón. Address: Jacintos #353, Colonia Girasoles 1er sector, Monterrey, Nuevo León, México.

For privacy inquiries, email alfredoporras.dg@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy — Porras Visual”.

2. Information we receive

The form requests your name, email address, project type, message and permission to respond. We also receive information you voluntarily share by email or WhatsApp. Avoid sending sensitive data, passwords, banking information or other people’s data without authorization.

The server may process technical connection data such as IP addresses, dates and requests. The form’s spam protection uses an identifier derived from the IP address and temporary submission counters.

3. How we use your data

To respond to your inquiry, understand your project, prepare a quote and maintain the communication you request. We also use it to protect the form against automated submissions and abuse. The form does not subscribe you to newsletters or include authorization for advertising campaigns.

4. Email, hosting and communication services

Form messages are sent to Alfredo Porras’s Gmail account. Hosting and email transport use the services configured on Hostinger. These providers are involved in storage or technical processing and may operate infrastructure outside Mexico.

If you choose WhatsApp or a social media link, you interact with that service under its terms and privacy policies. This website does not sell your data. Any disclosure to third parties beyond what is necessary to handle your request must have an applicable legal basis and, where required, your consent.

5. Retention and protection

The form does not save a copy of your message in a website database; the message remains in the destination email account. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a contractual relationship is established, for the periods applicable to that relationship. When no longer needed, it will be deleted or blocked as appropriate.

The code includes server validation, session verification, a spam trap field and submission limits. Spam counters expire after one hour and are cleaned up during later requests. Email and hosting protection also depend on the configuration and access controls of those accounts.

6. Cookies and technical storage

The form uses a session cookie to validate requests and prevent forged submissions. The website’s current code includes no advertising or analytics tool. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking the session may prevent form submission. The hosting service may keep technical logs for operations and security.

7. Your rights and options

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), withdraw consent or limit its use by writing to the privacy email address.

Provide your name, a way to respond, the right or request you wish to exercise and the related data. For rectification, specify the correction requested. You will be told how to verify your identity or representation through an appropriate channel; do not send identity documents through the project form.

A decision will be communicated within a maximum of 20 business days and, if applicable, implemented within the following 15 business days. These periods may be extended once when justified. Withdrawal is not retroactive, and some legal obligations may require information to be retained.

8. Changes to this notice

Updates will be published on this page with their date. If new uses require fresh consent, it will be requested before they are applied.
